    This is the most important difference.When you place an order, it is sent to a specialized print facility that creates your item from scratch.

    · Production Time: Each order takes 2-7 business days to be produced. This happens before the item is shipped.
    · Variability: Production time depends on the specific product ordered and the current workload of the print facility.

    2. Shipping & Delivery
    Once production is complete,your order will be shipped directly from the print facility to you.

    · Shipping Times: Shipping times vary based on your location and the print facility's location. Here are general estimates:
      · Australia: 5-15 business days (after production)
      · United States & Canada: 7-20 business days (after production)
      · Europe & UK: 10-25 business days (after production)
      · Rest of World: 15-30+ business days (after production)
    · Important: These are total handling times (production + shipping). Please expect a total of 10-25 business days for delivery, depending on your location.

    3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    · The shipping destination.
    · The weight and dimensions of the products in your order.
    · The print facility's location.

    4. Order Tracking
    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched from the print facility.Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

    5. Multiple Items? Separate Shipments.
    If your order contains items from different print facilities,they will be shipped separately. You will only be charged one shipping fee, and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package
